What can I say—Alicia’s place was absolutely perfect for our stay! We had to change plans last minute with another host, and finding her home felt like the best kind of luck. She was super responsive and went out of her way to accommodate us during a moment of, dare I say, desperation. She even offered us an early check-in, which was a lifesaver since we had time constraints later that evening. We did hit a small bump in the road, but Alicia was quick to help and made sure everything was resolved smoothly. The home itself was perfect down to the last detail. Amazing location right on the river, convenient parking, great local shops and restaurants, and it’s all walkable—whether along the river or even by boat! Would absolutely stay again with Alicia as my host at her San Antonio gem, Riverwalk Chic by the Riverwalk!

A great place to stay if you don’t mind being located on the riverwalk

I'm a local and I stayed here for a little local staycation and honestly, it was exactly what I needed. The location is in a quieter part of the River Walk where a lot of locals live — peaceful and scenic, but still super close to great restaurants, bars, and the art museum. I even walked to the Alamo one day (about 20 minutes) and didn’t mind it at all. The apartment itself was cozy, light-filled, and tastefully decorated. I loved the covered balcony overlooking the river, such a relaxing spot and a must-have in Texas. You can tell the place was set up with hosting in mind, there were thoughtful touches everywhere, like a cocktail shaker, a smores maker, and even a balcony table with a built-in ice bucket for drinks. The snacks didn’t hurt either. The hosts were really responsive when I had questions, and my dog was super comfortable the whole time, too. There’s also a pool and a garage for parking (though the gate can be a little stubborn sometimes). I’d stay here again.

The apartment is on the Riverwalk, which was pretty cool. This area is more private and peaceful. There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops and places to see in the area. Relaxing by the pool or on your private patio is also a nice option to have. The host was always available and responsive. We will stay again.

Alicia and Alison were fantastic hosts and the apartment was absolutely beautiful! I left with ideas of how to decorate and organize my own place :) The building is very safe and in a great part of town. There are areas of construction but you are able to walk to all the best downtown attractions!!

I had a great stay! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had a really welcoming, relaxing vibe. Everything felt thoughtfully set up, and it made for a very comfortable and enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay again!
