Pool & hot tub are available for additional fee of $50 per pool use in the morning 9:00 - 4:00, or in the evening 4:00 -10:00. Pool is not heated during colder months, only hot tub is.

This tree house offers a cozy, romantic retreat, complete with a bathtub & firepit! Sit and enjoy your morning coffee outside on the deck as you may be able to catch a peak at the deer. In the afternoon, head off to cool off by the river on the Guadalupe! Enjoy live music at Gruene Hall...only 1miles from the property.

The Leaf Treehouse (~300sqft) is perched among sturdy live oaks on our slice of Texas heaven just ten minutes from Main Street Fredericksburg. Its cozy and stylish interior includes a king bed with organic cotton sheets, a thoughtfully stocked kitchenette, a full bathroom with a rain shower, a padded reading nook with a round window, and an outdoor bathtub on the upper deck.
