Enjoy living amongst the town atmosphere

Centrally located within the charming old town , close to the shops, bars & restaurants, The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, along a pedestrian street. It feels light and spacious with plenty of natural sunlight from the windows on both sides of the building. An open plan layout bright sunny kitchen / lounge. A comfy sofa to relax & watch Internet Tv , Uk channels. Fully equipped kitchen for your produce from the local market, a nespresso coffee machine, water filter ( no need to buy bottled) . Master bedroom, king size bed (160cm wide) with en suite bathroom including a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom , a smaller room with a double bed (140cms wide) , the bathroom for this bedroom can be used as an en suite or closed off and used as a guest bathroom. Take a few things in a basket up to Roof terrace and enjoy breakfast in the sun , this is a shared roof with separate areas to provide some privacy, large sofas, dining table for four & Bbq.

In the heart of nature in the Rio Torrente valley , the cortijo borders the Sierra Nevada Natural Park. Within 5 mins walk of the picturesque ´slow´ village of Niguelas. Aguas Calmas lies between two traditional acequias (water-courses). Superb walking tracks lead into the mountains. Lots to do! Perfect base for Granada, beaches, Alpujarra, skiing and local restaurants. Great weather all year round. Paradise for hiking, cycling, lazing around pool or remote working. Good WiFi. It is a spacious one bedroom seafront apartment, located in the popular area of San Cristóbal Beach in Almuñécar. The apartment has all the facilities with modern decoration. It has a communal pool open all year, wifi, air-con, heating, all domestic electrical appliances. Almuñécar is a popular touristic town in the Costa Tropical with very mild temperatures. The apartment is very well located, in front of the prommenade, and the sea and beach. A car is not essential. All services are nearby.

Saleres is in the Lecrin Valley (the valley of happiness). Escape the world & relax in the plunge pool, enjoy the sunshine, go hiking, biking, horse riding or skiing. Casa Altillo is a beautiful pueblo house, with roof terrace, amazing views, stunning private pool terrace, kitchen, sitting room/dining room, 2 luxury bathrooms & 3 bedrooms.

Corjito Abubilla is in an established small organic fruit farm and ornamental garden, this bright studio apartment that has a small kitchen/sitting area and en suite bathroom, is part of the main house, but you have your own terrace (with beautiful mountain views) and access to the 16 meter Swimming Pool and a private entrance to the apartment. Traditional with refreshing style. Superb views

Casa Sirena is 600m from Beznar Lake. The Valle de Lecrin, or The valley of happiness, is a unique area of outstanding natural beauty surrounding Beznar Lake. The Valley is half way between Granada and the Costa Tropical. Lanjaron the gateway to the Alpujarra is a ten minute drive. One can explore beautiful Granada in the morning and be on the Costa Tropical by siesta time. Both are 25 minutes drive from Beznar. The Sierra Navada Ski Resort is a fifty minute drive.
