Newly built chalet, located 3 km from downtown, 7 minutes by car. The Chalet has 1 suite with two beds, 1 double and 1 single, with Smart TV, Wi-Fi, hot and cold air conditioning, kitchen with utensils and Deck with a spectacular view of Morro do Chapéu. It has a parking space in front of the chalet. We provide bed linens, towels, blankets and pillows.

I offer a charming house where my grandparents lived in the Dique region, 3 km from the center of Capitólio or 3 km from Highway MG-050. We are close to hotels and inns, a quiet and cozy place that has a stream and hiking trails, and is also easy to access to Lake Furnas (600 meters), and other tourist attractions in the region.
