Chalé Seriema offers comfort and warmth for the couple. The room has a queen size bed, private bathroom, bathtub, shower in the box and air conditioning. Strictly FAMILY environment!! A place illuminated with LED lights, a minibar and a coffee corner (courtesy). We provide bed linen, towels, shampoo, and soap. Located in a rural area, 8 min from Turvo and 15 min from the center of Capitólio. As it is a rural region, (dirt road) there may be occasional power outages.

Chalet - Villa Terramare - Guapé

The chalet's daily rate is for up to 6 people, not including any meals, there are two suites, one with a double bed and the other with 3 extra beds. One extra bed can be included in the double room. The chalet comes fully furnished, including a fitted kitchen. To purchase food, we have a delivery menu, we have the restaurant Pier Terramare and Pousada Terramare. Check-in at 2 p.m. and Check-out at 12 p.m. The daily rates are paid in advance.
