Casa Recanto Escarpas - Enjoy this experience!

Very comfortable summer house, all space integrated with living room, TV room and gourmet area making the atmosphere cozy. Suites with A/C. Comfortably balcony with sofas, deck with beach pool. It is 15 minutes from Capitolio, next to the Costa Verde marina, contact me to find out the location. I have a speedboat ride to recommend, it leaves directly from the condominium's pier. The dam may be at a lower level than in the photos, due to the nature and hydroelectric power of Furnas opening floodgates.

Welcome! We are 5 km from the center of Capitólio, much closer to the tourist attractions. We have balconies with hammocks, playground, garden/orchard, artificial lake, outdoor shower and a stream of crystal clear water, gourmet space (wood stove/barbecue). An ideal retreat for families, couples and groups. Wake up listening to birds and the sound of the stream's water. Broadband Internet, Free Wi-Fi and parking for 4 cars, 2 of which are covered. Live nature with safety, joy, peace and goodness!

The 4 bedrooms have a smart TV, however only the lower room has a satellite signal for open TV.

House very close to the city and far from the noise of the city, an incredible view of the mountains and the city, it is only 4 km from the commercial center of Capitólio, swimming pool with solar heating (depends on the sun to heat the water), Wi-Fi, tranquility and a lot of contact with nature, several birds during the day and at night, incredible observation of the stars.
