Newly renovated house, affectionately nicknamed "Recanto dos Pássaros" with an excellent gourmet area, swimming pool and fully equipped barbecue area, and 600 meters from the beach shore. Property graced with a mango tree that covers the roof, producing a pleasant internal ambient temperature, even on summer days. The host lives in the main house at the back of the property, with a separate pedestrian entrance. The unit is an exclusive environment restricted to guests. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PETS.

Loft in downtown Guarapari

Guest house in the basement of a century-old house at the top of the hill of the Historic site of Guarapari. Bright and cool, with a wooded garden and lawn, located in the city center near the main beaches: Namorados, Virtudes, Castanheiras and Areia Preta. Quick access to restaurants, pharmacy, shopping and banks. I'll be happy to recommend my favorite places. If you are interested in history and culture, you can walk around and visit the Aldeia de Guaraparim foundation.
