A little house on the sand located on the edge of Guarda do Embaú beach! Close to downtown and all the good things around here: beaches, trails, coast, sea, river, boats, surfing, whales (season from July to November). And the commerce with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, market… Just arrive and enjoy everything on foot! The house is divided into three, but only two are used for rental. The access gate is the same for everyone, the garden is a common area and each house has its own balcony.

A casa é novinha e recém construída. Tem uma linda vista para a lagoa e um por do sol maravilhoso. O condomínio proporciona caminhadas em meio à natureza. Em 20 min, por uma trilha descendo o morro, que sai de dentro do condomínio, você está na praia da Silveira, ideal para fazer uma caminhada. Temos portaria 24h.
