L'appartamento dispone di aria condizionata/termostato per riscaldamento e tre ampi terrazzi per piacevoli colazioni o cene. È possibile parcheggiare l'auto all'interno del garage (per auto di medie / piccole dimensioni)

L'alloggio è una casa indipendente, composta da soggiorno con divano e TV, cucina attrezzata e dotata di elettrodomestici e stoviglie, due camere matrimoniali ciascuna con il proprio bagno completo di servizi e doccia. Non mettiamo in condivisione gli ospiti. Esternamente c'è un giardino privato e un ampio spazio cortilizio dove poter parcheggiare in sicurezza i mezzi di trasporto. La zona è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, vicinissima ad una pista pedonale e ciclabile in riva al fiume Po.

Per chi viaggia in aereo dista ad un'ora dall'aeroporto di Bologna e Verona.
