Colorful house. Peaceful and joyful atmosphere. Facing a breathtaking view, it is however located at the entrance of a small and very dynamic village. An organic community-owned grocery store and a café-concert are nearby. A large and majestic swimming lake 3 km away. From the house starts a small hiking trail that smells of hazelnuts. Nice little semi-detached house but with separate access and a back garden that is not overlooked. Guests can enjoy the tranquility of the premises with the possibility of rubbing shoulders with the 3 donkeys of the house. 1 bedroom with the possibility of a baby bed and a sofa bed in the living room area. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house, close to all shops and sports facilities (playground, municipal swimming pool, velodrome, large park with water. House rated 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15-minute drive to Saint-Brieuc – SNCF train station.
