On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

You will appreciate its 4 bedrooms with sea view, the small enclosed terrace along the channel. It's a cozy house with its 2 staircases, stone wall and parquet floors on both floors. The second accommodation of all the Botplançon cottages, the Rézé cottage is distinguished by a beautiful living room whose glass door opens onto a private terrace overlooking the surrounding countryside, without neighbors.
