Large quiet room + breakfast

Peaceful and well-insulated house 2 steps from Lorient and Port-Louis. The entire 1st floor is reserved for Airbnb with 2 beautiful bedrooms with double bed, a large bathroom with shower and toilet, a 2nd toilet with sink, towels, herbal teas, fan available at no extra cost. Breakfast free. I am 1 km from the shuttle boat to Lorient. Port-Louis is a 5-minute drive with its beautiful beaches. I have a very nice dog and cat, I'll keep them away if you'd like.

Beautiful getaway in southern Finistère

Between Pont-Aven and Concarneau, 5 minutes from the beaches, 2 minutes from the shops, we offer a good compromise between bed and breakfast and vacation rental: bedroom for 2 people with a space including a small kitchenette, a bathroom (separate toilet), TV. Accommodation on the first floor, independent access. This accommodation is for rent for a minimum of 2 nights. Price: €60 per night, excluding July/August.

The very quiet area is ideally located 300 m from the beach and the same distance from the village (market on Sunday morning). It's possible to get around without a car. A bus line serves the city of Lorient and from there several tourist destinations. In our house, a second guest room (La Mer en Bretagne Sud) allows you to come with a couple of friends or children.
