The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house, is about 45 m² and consists of a combined kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, cloakroom and 2 balconies. Very quiet location surrounded by greenery. A car is recommended. Living and sleeping rooms are plastered with clay, which leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 people, possibly 3. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is small and fine and the ideal pole position in summer for biking, golfing and hiking. In winter, you are right at the lift. The ski bus stops very close to the accommodation. You can walk along the Ache to the village center in a few minutes and enjoy Tyrolean hospitality.

Welcome to nature! Welcome to the Holzerhof! The cozy 2 room apartment with about 50m2 is located on the ground floor of the farmhouse. On both sides of the apartment you can go outside on the terraces and enjoy the morning or evening sun. In the bedroom a cot can be placed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. The farmhouse is located in a secluded location directly on the hiking trail and at night you can only hear the crickets pine.

Apartment in Kitzbühel

Cozy apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Fleckalmbahn. A few minutes' walk to the cross-country ski trail/golf course and 2 km to the Schwarzsee. The apartment consists of 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 box spring bed and an additional 160 x 200 bed. In the living room there is the possibility of a pull-out sofa bed for 1 person. The 3 floors of the apartment are reached by a spiral staircase.

House Krunegg

The apartment is on the first floor of our house. The living area is approximately 44 square meters big and is split in a residential kitchen, bedroom and shower / toilet ( third 3rd person may sleep on the sofa bed). From the balcony you can enjoy a magnificent view of the mountain "Gaisberg". In addition there are satellite TV with radio, wireless, and the ski room with boot dryer.
