On 43 m², a modern and light-flooded accommodation awaits you, which convinces with its stylish furnishings and a fantastic view. The minimalist decor with subtle colors, lots of natural light and warm wood accents creates a quiet atmosphere to unwind.

Our vacation home is centrally located and yet surrounded by greenery. In 10 minutes you can walk through the city forest (enclosure) to the city center and directly behind your home is Hohenrode Park. The immediate proximity to the Harz Mountains offers many opportunities for active vacation planning. We hope you feel comfortable in our lovingly furnished cottage. One free parking space is available right by the house.

A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. Apartment 11 in the house on the lake (Lange Str. 2 in *contact info removed* staircase) is our small apartment in the house. The apartment has a total of 35 m² of living space and is a one-room apartment / studio. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a shower room, hallway and living area with a complete kitchen and dishwasher. In the living area there is also the double bed.
