Villa holiday rentals in Gustavia

Villa Boa was perfect for our group of 3. It had comfortable furniture, a lovely view, and everything we needed (stocked kitchen, beach chairs, AC in the bedrooms and living room). The villa is conveniently located, central to St Jean, Grand Cul de Sac and Point Milou. The owner and her property manager were responsive and very helpful. We had a great stay!

We had the most amazing stay at Julie’s home. The photos really don’t do it justice — it’s even more beautiful in person, so thoughtfully designed, with a beautiful tropical garden and mountain backdrop. It’s perfect indoor-outdoor living! The house is so well equipped; we had everything we needed, and our daughter had the most magical time. She had everything she could have asked for and more. Julie was the perfect host—always going above and beyond to help us and give us advice. From the moment we booked, she sprang into action, lining up fantastic restaurant reservations immediately and giving us endless recommendations for car rentals, sailing charters, and everything else we needed. We would give this property 10 stars if we could. We miss is so much already and can’t wait to go back.

Hello Cecilia, A quick review of our stay at Villa Jad. We had a great time, it had everything we needed like in a 5* hotel. The cleaning lady coming in the middle of the stay is a plus and if you give access to the washing machine, that's great. We highly recommend the Airbnb! Thank you for your help during the stay. The home was magnificent! More beautiful than the pictures (which says a lot:) JB is professional, friendly, proactive and very responsive. I highly recommend staying at his home. The attention to detail reflects the hard work and care that provides an extra level of energy that you can’t help but feel once you meet JB and experience the home he built!

Stunning - both the villa itself and its location (with an incredible view). The house itself seamlessly combines indoor and outdoor space, and the sliding window doors really allow you to take in the scenery and fresh air. Morgan met us personally at the house to show us around and there was a professional cleaning service that was provided every two days. Really, everything about the house itself is nearly perfect. The pool, kitchen, deck, and pool house/living room give you everything you need to relax. Of course, all of this is right in the center of SBH. The beaches, natural pools, restaurants, grocery stores, and Gustavia are all easily reachable by car. Starting and ending your days on the deck is an excellent experience. I'm sure we'll be back soon and we highly recommend this house.

The villa is absolutely stunning and really well suited for 3 couples or a family to stay. There is so much room and it is very private. Exactly like the pictures. The pool is a great place to relax after a day at the beach or exploring the island. Frederic and Emilie were great at providing instructions on how to get to the villa but I would recommend that hiring a car is essential upon arrival, as there are no shops or beaches within walking distance. Emilie was very helpful in assisting us to arrange car hire, buggy hire and jet skis and helped us with all our questions. The villa is in a very peaceful location and decorated very beautifully. Be sure to stock up on food and drink before you arrive (especially if arriving later in the evening) . Thank you to Frederic and Emilie for hosting our wonderful stay!

We had a great stay at Constant’s place. The pictures don’t do the home justice as the property is even nicer and roomier than online. I’d highly recommend for anyone visiting the island.

We loved the villa it has a great view of the bay. Peaceful and private. The house was very clean and had everything you needed beach chairs, mats, and pool floats. Cant wait to go back. My recommendation to anyone renting this villa is rent a car.

Coco de Mer is a fantastic spot with amazing views - perfect for two couples. We will recommend it to anyone staying in St Barts. When you stay at a place like Coco de Mer, staying in for the day is a treat rather than a waste of a vacation day. Roger, Vivi, and Julia are very responsive and helped us immensely with recommendations and feeling welcome. Merci beaucoup! We can’t wait to come back!

Spectacular views from this villa and open layout of the villa allows for a relaxing and clutter-free mindset for your vacation. Michael was very pleasant to communicate with and his assistant Chloe drove with us to get to the villa--she was very helpful!! Also, Alexandrina helped us with anything regarding cleaning of the villa. All was very clean and perfect for a 5 star Villa TIWA!!
