It offers a different pleasure with its own private garden and patio. In addition to all these, transportation to many places can be done very easily thanks to the public transportation line passing through the street of the house. In addition to its proximity to the sea and nature, Kuşadası city center is 15 minutes away by car. We would be happy to host you in our house.

Blue Garden is a brand new project in our mediterranean organic olive garden with private access to the beach. Here you can connect with nature and enjoy tranquility and privacy. The Houses were constructed in 2022 with high standards and comforts. Enjoy the sea view from inside the house and your private patio or relax at the beach that rests 50 metres from it. The Garden has mostly olive trees but you can also discover various other trees or vegetables. The project is stil in development.
