Have fun with family or friends in this warm space that accommodates up to 8 people. You will have the house to yourself, located on a large lot to park your vehicles. On the ground floor, there is a large entrance with a sofa bed and upstairs, a fitted kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a bedroom with a king size bed and TV, a living room with a fireplace for evenings by the fire, 2 sofa beds, a large TV and a dining room.

At Marie's, lovely little outbuilding

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Lovely little outbuilding next to the Briare Canal, and close to the Venice of Gâtinais (Montargis) and about 1 hour from Paris. This small house is in a closed courtyard at the end of our property, you can access it and settle in peace. Dogs are welcome (we have 1).
