A charming three-story property, beautifully situated on the outskirts of Skafterup and on the road to Bisserup, where there is a sandy beach and a local cozy harbour. An 80 m2 apartment with open living room and kitchen, wood-burning stove and direct access to the garden. Focus on Sustainability with, among other things, recycled furniture. The property has been renovated with respect according to the old principles - windows made of plywood (1809) painted with linseed oil, binding works with dowels, paper wool insulation, thatched roof etc. Waste sorting and recycling is also important

Cottage with wood-burning stove and fire pit

Lovely cottage of 90m ² with loft in quiet surroundings, close to the fjord and a lovely common area with a bathing jetty during the summer months. There is no water view from the house. Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, dish towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom some underfloor heating that is on when the power is cheap. The garden is completely secluded with room for games, sports, and games.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Here you can have a farm holiday or just enjoy the countryside and nature. Pet a rabbit or keep a chicken. Make a fire. Enjoy the morning sun in the pallet sofas. Walk on the Ringsted experience trail. Take a bike ride to the pancake house and swimming lake. Let the dog loose in the fenced in dog air area. Ride the mountain bike trail at Haraldsted. Stay in the countryside on a 4-wing farm in an apartment on 2 floors. We have a cozy courtyard where all meals can be enjoyed in shelter. The apartment has its own terrace overlooking the garden. There is a large park-like garden of about 16,000 m2, where you can go for a walk, walk with dogs and the children can play. There are many cozy nooks in the garden. Kick back and relax in this quiet and stylish space. You will be staying on a four-length farm with two pygmy goats in the backyard. The farm is located close to Gyrstinge forest (3 km) with delicious hiking trails, Gyrstinge lake (3 km) known for its rich bird species, Haraldsted lake (5 km), where you can take a dip and only 12 minutes drive into Ringsted city. The farm itself is very quietly located, where you can walk in the area (the walk starts at a country road from which footbridges start)

Lovely separate bright apartment of 70 sqm consisting of three rooms: kitchen-living room, bathroom and bedroom. Outdoor area in front of the apartment with a coffee table and chairs. Shopping is less than one kilometer away and located in scenic surroundings. It is possible to borrow a cot and pets are allowed for a fee. If you have older children (up to two), there is the possibility of an air mattress. Surrounding sights: Løvenborg gods, Holbæk city, Istidsruten, Skjoldungene Land and more.

Idyllic former farmhouse in Danish countryside

The house is a traditonal Danish countryside house, 20 km from Roskilde. Here you can enjoy the Danish “hygge”, with peace and nature that you’ll find nowhere else. Relax on the terrasse in the garden, walk in the woods or to Gershøj beach. Go biking on the “fjordsti” which follows Roskilde and Ise fjord, just 1.5 km from the house. Bikes can be borrowed here for free. In winter, you can make a fire. Breakfast and dinner can be arranged upon request and against fees.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
