Casa Bella is in a great location overlooking the La Marquesa Golf Course.

Within a short (10 min) walk to La Marquesa Centre, where there are plenty of Bars, Restaurants and Shops including a supermarket, the apartment is ideally located for you to have an enjoyable stay.
It's near the very popular towns of Ciudad Quesada and Rojales.
There is a great view from the balcony where you can watch the golfers tee off.
The apartment has a lovely sunny outside space with table, chairs and sunbeds.

The space
The apartment is located in Ciudad Quesada (Rojales), appx 30 mins drive from Alicante Airport and is situated in front of one of the holes at La Marquesa Golf Course which is one of many courses in the nearby area.
The communal pool is approx 3 minute walk .

We recommend if you wish to explore and go further afield, then you should hire a car to visit many of the lovely places on the Costa Blanca and beyond.

Areas such as:
Alicante City Centre (appx 35 mins)
Guardamar Del Segura which is one of the many lovely beaches in the area (appx 15 mins)
Torrevieja (appx 20 mins)
The Pink Lake (appx 15 mins)
And many others.

There is off road parking just outside the apartment.
