Beautiful beach views - in historic oldtown

Stylish high ceiling flat with two balconies and fantastic beach view. Recently redecorated to high standard. Only 100 meters as the seagull flies away from beach or a 5 minute walk. Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Lovely house from 2017 - with salt water pool (healthy for your body and very soft, hardly noticeable), 3 levels of terracess , spend all day at house with all you need, with lots of shops and restaurants/bars/cafes in neighbourhood. Sights: Fine sand beaches, castle, marina, water sports, leisure, restaurants . You will love my place due to its pools, proximity to the sea: 3 minutes walk, 250m, the beautiful gardens, its brightness, the breeze, the terrace, picina illuminated at night, paddle, barbecue, parking, closed urbanization, people, the atmosphere. My place is good for one or 2 people, up to 3 people , and especially COUPLES with a child.
