Waterfront is steps away from the coastal path. Downstairs has a galley kitchen leading off to conservatory/dinning area at one side,utility room and WC/shower room at the other. The living/dinning room is spacious and bright with magnificent sea views and a cosy wood burning stove, a bathroom and hall. Peaceful and homey self-contained accommodation - a separated annexe to our home. It is on the outskirts of Dunbar but within walking distance (~25 mins). Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

Bring the whole family or friends to this great place with lots of room for fun. With a bar, snooker room, TV room, 64mbps WIFI, darts, foosball, boardgames, gas fired BBQ, and huge garden, there is lots to do. This former Inn has loads of character and is very conveniently located near the A1 giving easy access to many of the attractions in the area.
