Albany airport, -Amtrak Train Station. We are easy to access to Government offices, Medical treatment places, the major colleges in the area, as well as highway Rt 7, Rt 2, I-87, I-90, and 787. We are a short drive to CNY fertility, the Regeneron pharmaceutical Co & the Government offices.

The Boutique Hotel at The Bond dates back to the year 1812 and holds 10 beautiful rooms which have private bathrooms as well as upgraded amenities provided in each room. We offer private space for events amid beautiful and spacious grounds with fireplaces and waterfalls. Each of our rooms are unique, which is part of what makes The Bond so special.

There is nothing better than having a guest room at the Microtel Inn by Wyndham in Latham. Being a hotel, we have all interior hallways, a free continental breakfast every morning including hot waffles, and a free coffee area right off of our lobby. In-room, there is a flat-screen TV with all High-def channels including HBO and Free Wi-Fi. We have a fitness room and guest laundry for our hotel guests as well.
