The summerhouse is located at the end of a main road and is a small oasis of tranquility in the middle of beautiful nature, where you can expect to be visited by fapses, squirrels and deer. In the holiday town of Øster Hurup there are several restaurants and Jutland's best ice cream parlor. The beach is very child-friendly with shallow water that is reached via a bathing jetty

The price includes a 15.5% Airbnb fee A lovely family-friendly year-round holiday home in the woods - 109 m2 + 45 m2 annex, outdoor jacuzzi, hot tub and sauna. Terraces around the house, beach volleyball court and bonfire area. A short distance to the sea and 10 minutes to lovely beaches in Øster Hurup and 5 minutes to shopping. The house can accommodate 8-10 people. The house is equipped with fibre broadband and Wi-Fi that covers the entire natural grounds. In July and August, check-in is on Saturdays. There may be a lot of insects at times.

There are beautiful hiking trails along the water. The house is sunny and has a large garden. There is a gas grill, garden furniture, sandbox, swing rack and various toys and games available. The cottage contains a bright kitchen/living room with dining area. There is a wood-burning stove (including firewood) and TV with Chromecast. There's fiber broadband and Wi-Fi in the house.

You get the sea in the backyard with only 150 meters to the beach, 250 meters to the marina and 200 meters to the city center with shops, restaurants, bars and playgrounds etc. The house is well equipped with 12 beds. For extra needs, guests can use 1 extra bedroom with a double bed by appointment. The house has a large garden and terrace. It is possible to set up a tent or a caravan on the property, by appointment.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Our spacious home also includes a huge garden with soccer goals, trampoline, and play area for the kids and outdoor eating areas with BBQ. Perfect year-round!

The house is located on the water side with only 300 meters to a very child-friendly beach. The beds are made and towels are provided for the number of guests booked.
