Newly built house from 2021 with a lovely garden with trampoline, sandbox and a sunny terrace. The conservatory extends summer evenings. The terrace has a garden set, lounge set, barbecue and fire pit – perfect for cozy moments. The spacious kitchen/family room has a dining area for adults and two junior chairs. The house has two bathrooms, three rooms and a playroom with the possibility of bedding. The two bedrooms have double beds, the third a sofa bed, and office space. Carport with free parking for several cars.

Quiet and bright basement apartment with private entrance and bathroom with shower and toilet. Mini kitchen with sink, fridge incl. mini freezer and dining area. 140cm wide bed and possibility of weekend bed for a child. Possibility of 2 additional guests on the sofa bed. Free parking in front of the house as well as the possibility of charging an electric car for a fee. PLEASE NOTE Laundry only possible in town at Audes Laundromat for a fee. Need to change time for check in/out, please send enquiry.

The house is on 2 levels with everything you need on the ground floor as well as 2 rooms and repos on the first floor. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace, bathroom, toilet, playroom and bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 rooms and repos and sleeps 4. In the courtyard there is a dining table, lounge furniture, fire pit, sandbox, playhouse and lawn.

Super lovely Villa in a perfect location and absolutely stunning courtyard where summer can be enjoyed with friends and family. It's an opportunity to relax after a stroll by one of the many beaches just a few kilometers away. Enjoy a trip to Aarhus with culture, shopping, and history, or a fun family day in Djurs Sommerland, just 25 minutes away. The villa is open to a large kitchen and dining area with room for 10 people, as well as a living room, 4 rooms, bathroom and guest toilet.

Velkommen til vores hjem. Hos os er der god plads til hele din familie, med et stort køkken alrum, stue, fire værelser og 3 badeværelser. Udendørs finder du legeområde, terresse og udestue i privat have. Lovely house with pool, gym and large terrace for rent

Bring the whole family to this great place to stay, with plenty of room for fun and coziness. It has a large outdoor heated pool, trampoline, swing stand, two large terraces, and garage. The house consists of two children's rooms, a master-bedroom, large living room, kitchen and two bathrooms, as well as home gym and laundry in the basement. A small pet-friendly cat lives in the house, with its own entrance and exit, but would like some food and drinks during your stay.

Lovely cottage close to beach and town

For the family who wants to be close to everything. The centrally located cottage has a fantastic view of Kattegat, and a short distance to shopping and restaurants etc. With 3 rooms and a large bathroom you can be up to 6 people in the house. The large bathroom has space for a wheelchair for shower and toilet visits. Only 110 meters down the closed road is the lovely child-friendly beach. Here are small waves, shallow water. & 20 m. to a Water park.
