Little old primitive house from year 1947. The house has a fireplace as the main heating source. So in the cold season please only book this place if you know how to use a fireplace as it's very cold with no fire. The house is located in a small village called Dokkedal right next to a huge nature area and the east coast. You'll have your own entrence into this beautiful nature area a few meters from the main door. Pets are allowed and the house is an old one so it's not allergy friendly.

The cottage is our getaway place when life is busy and we need to slow down, by cultivating the simple life with the most beautiful nature as a frame around our cozy house. Here there is room for cozy activities, food over a campfire, sledding by the forest and beach, swimming in the sea at the mouth of the fjord and hiking. We all love to be here and find peace together and separately.

Feel the real atmosphere of authenticity and charm in the old cottage. Enjoy the garden or the sunset over the lake from the bench, or take a walk in the Swan Mill Park, which is located at the end of the garden. The cottage is centrally located in Svenstrup town. 5 minutes walk to Svenstrup train station, where you can get to Aalborg in 9 minutes. Shopping such as SuperBrugsen, Rema or Coop365 is a two-minute walk from the cottage.
