One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Located in Riffian, the holiday apartment "Oberegghof Garten" offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain. This 70 m² holiday apartment consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. The traditional room is located outside all apartments. It is the so-called "Stube" (living room) of the old farmhouse.

About 1230 m above Völlan, surrounded by forests, mountains, meadows and old farmhouses, you will find the quiet and elevated holiday apartment Judith at the idyllic Gallhof. The Gallhof is accessible via a mountain road similar to a pass road. The traditionally and modernly furnished holiday apartment offers a large balcony with a view of the Dolomites, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, one bedroom and two bathrooms. It accommodates two people.

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

In addition to the large kitchen, the apartment has a spacious bedroom with a double bed made of pine wood with an adjoining, renovated bathroom. In the living room a second double bed can be set up.
