By tram, it takes about 10 minutes to the city and about 20 minutes to Lindholmen Science Park. If you want to go on an archipelago tour by boat, these depart from Stenpiren, 5 minutes away. In the neighborhood there’s both free and payment parking, just outside of the flat the tram takes you to Avenyn in 5 minutes.

Our new Attefallshus of 30 m2, called Casa Oliva, is a very cozy little house that was built in 2021 and is in super nice condition. Suitable for those traveling alone, or those visiting Gothenburg for a couple's weekend or longer vacation, or the smaller family (2 adults, 2 children). Forget all everyday worries in this spacious and peaceful home. Wake up to birds chirping, put on your bathrobe and go down to the lake to take a swim. Have breakfast on the porch and plan a scenic hike. There are plenty of different lakes to walk around or fish in. If it gets too quiet, Gothenburg is only 20 minutes away by car or you can take the bus that takes 5 minutes to walk to. Mölnlycke city center is 5 km away. It takes 23 minutes to drive to Landvetter Airport. Warm welcome!

Free parking. No kitchen but coffee machine, kettle, fridge etc.
