The unit is located in the Ramat Eshkol neighborhood in the western part of Haifa, right on the Carmel ridge. The neighborhood stands on a ridge topography, with a structure of slopes descending to the sea – giving it a spectacular view that combines sea and mountains. Nearby you will find a commercial center with a supermarket, laundry, and synagogue.
