In unserer Region kann man bestens die Natur zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad auf den langläufigen Wanderwegen des Rothaarsteigs genießen. Ein Ausflug nach Dillenburg (5 Autominuten entfernt) lohnt sich, um den Wilhelmsturm und dessen gut erhaltenen Kasematten sowie die Villa Grün und das hessische Landesgestüt zu erkunden. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.
