Quiet farm for up to 23 people for group vacations

At the GENSLEITEN riding stable, you can enjoy a holiday in the middle of the countryside. The farm is also perfect for celebrations as a group, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or the like. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. Please indicate the exact number of people when booking or making an enquiry. Additional fees will be charged from the 17th person.

The wash house

The washhouse is located on the Schacherbauer farm overlooking the orchard. It is minimalist, but high quality and lovingly furnished, with shower, toilet, large comfortable sofa bed, ample storage space and a large terrace. The new wood-burning sauna can be used at an additional cost. (up to 6-8 people) On the farm there are numerous animals, a café and a shop. Both are open on Friday afternoon. The pleasantly cool apartment has three beds and a sofa bed for up to two more people. A stay with (small) children is also suitable. The kitchen is equipped with all the essential appliances: Refrigerator, oven/stove and dishwasher. The bathroom with window has a shower and a washing machine.

Country house in Julbach

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The accommodation in Julbach is about 15 km from the historic old town of Burghausen. Simbach am Inn, but also Braunau am Inn in Austria can be reached in a few minutes. Salzburg is about 50 km away. There are some lakes around the house (Bergham, Wöhrsee, Marktl). In winter you can visit some Christmas markets. It is also not far to the mountains for hiking.
