In 2005, the house was completely renovated. Our apartment has 1 small bathroom with shower, a kitchen with stove, microwave, washing machine and much more. In the bedroom there are 2 box spring beds 2 m x 1 m. In the living room is an IKEA bed with pull-out function. Dining table with 4 chairs is available.

In the center of the living area there is a beautiful fireplace with a side reading corner and a cozy sofa overlooking the flickering fireplace. The apartment is located in the center of the World Heritage City of Quedlinburg. Various shopping facilities (butcher, bakery and supermarket) are in the immediate vicinity. Your parking space is 2 minutes away and can be used for a fee of €8 per day. A city tax of €3 per person per night is payable upon arrival. The apartment is not rented to fitters!!! The apartment has a fireplace that is remotely controlled by us. We take care of it.

In the middle of the old town of Halberstadt lies the "former paint factory" below the cathedral square. By March 2025, the listed house with 4 apartments had been lovingly renovated and equipped with antiques. Great care was taken to preserve all historical details and to use sustainable materials. The guest house is an absolute gem. The car can be parked in the nearby parking lot, everything is explored on foot or by tram!
