The villa was stylish and immaculate, with lots of space and bathrooms. The heated pool was a great. Our host Simone was very responsive & helpful. The food and drink when we arrived was really thoughtful - we arrived very late without a chance to shop. There were shops and restaurants a short walk away in the village. There wasn’t much to do in Gennadi in early April, the beach was deserted and the sea front tavernas were all closed, but it was a good base for day trips in the car.

Very nice house was all great exactly as he describes it with nice view ideal for family who wants to relax :D

We loved our stay at the villa the view from the villa is incredible. We were there at the beginning of the end of season so quite a few shops and restaurants were shut but we still found places to eat and the cool beach bar a short walk away was still open. The supermarket within walking distance. Greg and his team were superhelpful in getting us car hire. If you want a beach holiday this is the place.

We booked Hartso for the second time within a year because we are delighted with the special accommodation and the beautiful place Gennadi in Rhodes. The tiny house is very nicely decorated and offers everything your heart desires in a small space. A special highlight is also the beautiful roof terrace overlooking the sea and the mountains. We got to know Gennadi as a quiet, idyllic place, which is very suitable for a relaxing holiday by the sea. At the same time, there are many extraordinarily good restaurants as well as some bars and beach bars where hospitality and quality are very important. As a destination, the beautiful city of Lindos, which can be reached by bus in about an hour. Alexandros is an extremely attentive and caring host. He has given us good tips in the area and is always easily accessible for concerns. We always felt in good hands with him. We will definitely be back!

This is a beautiful property with a fantastic pool, spacious garden, and easy access to the sea. The house is located in a peaceful part of the island, with a cool breeze even on hotter days. There are some amazing restaurants nearby (we fell in love with Almyra) and you are around 35 minutes from Rhodes Town, Faliraki or even Lindos. We had an unforgettable week with our family and would advise anyone looking for a larger property on Rhodes to come here. The place is beautifully located in a peaceful area very close to the sea - you can watch the waves lying in bed on the upper storey of the house or sitting comfortably on the terrace. The house itself is nice and clean with well working air condition, washing machine and kitchen suitable for basic cooking and regular fridge with freezer. There are restaurants and a shop nearby so it is all convenient. Yulie was very helpful while still leaving space for privacy.

The best week! Will definitely be staying again and highly recommend! Donna was extremely helpful, kind and responded to every ridiculous request we sent her! The villa is lovely, the pool is perfect. There is a supermarket and some lovely shops and restaurants just down the road. I can't wait to rebook!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment immediately. Everything very nicely decorated and maintained, everything you need for self-catering, incl. Towels, bathrobe, hairdryer etc. Also, upon arrival, the fridge was already stocked with everything you need for a good holiday start. We were very pleased about that - what a hospitable gesture!!! The view from the terrace is unbeatable, especially in the evening with the sunset. A good tavern with very warm hosts is directly opposite. If we come back to Rhodes, be sure to go back to Nikitas' apartment! A stay in Rhodes has never been so beautiful and relaxed for us! Thank you for everything!

Second time we stayed at one of Aristotelis' villas. The location is spectacular and conveniently located near the beach. There is a private area with sunbeds which is very handy, the balconies offer stunning views towards Rhodes and it's worth seeing it both at sunrise and sunset. Aristotelis is very responsive, very accommodating with allowing to leave luggage at the villa while it's cleaned and the overall experience is great
