Please notice that we charge € 10,00 per day as a short stay fee if you stay under 5 nights. Tourism tax is € 2,50 per adult/per day to pay in cash. Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

The health resort of Bad Vigaun is only 6 km away. It is only 26 kms to the Mozart city of Salzburg. The lodge can be reached by car all year round. There are 2 parking spaces including a wallbox. Each sleeping room has a double bed. Sleeping room 2 is only reachable via sleeping room 1 or via entrance door to the terrace.

Located in the centre of Annaberg, this spacious apartment offers two bathrooms, both with a shower (one also with a bathtub), plus an additional WC, in the former Krämerhaus in Annaberg im Lammertal, in the Dachstein West holiday region. Sun terrace with sauna. Location: 100 metres from the ski lift. The ski and hiking bus stop is right by the holiday apartment. Numerous restaurants, a supermarket, a bank, a bakery and a butcher's are all within a few minutes' walking distance.

The house is located 4 km from Hallein and only 7 km from the festival city of Salzburg and is easily accessible from the nearby bus stop ( 400 m ). For athletes Sports center Rif is 2 km from the house Parking places for your cars are available directly in front of the house.

Our apartment with garden is located at the foot of the Tennen Mountains and Hohenwerfen Castle. (Near the train) The 65 square meter garden apartment has a bedroom with a large double bed as well as a large living-dining room with a double bed on a platform. The kitchen is fully equipped, from the fridge to the toaster to the coffee maker. The bathroom features a rain shower and a separate bathtub. A large garden and separate entrance complete the apartment.
