Our apartment is an idyllic, peaceful location on a south-facing slope and offers a 40m² terrace with a unique 180°-view of the entire Tennengebirge mountains and the Lammertal valley. The loft-like living space is flooded with sunlight and brings the unique mountain panorama to the fore. The apartment, which was only built in 2020, is comfortably warm in winter (underfloor heating) and pleasantly cool in summer. A desk for workation stays and a fully automatic coffee machine are available.

The beautifully located chalet with stunning views of the Salzburg Dolomites is located in the middle of the 'Dachstein-West' ski resort at an altitude of about 900 m. There are wonderful waterfalls, beautiful alpine pastures, an outdoor pool especially for children, mini golf, and a summer toboggan run. For winter sports enthusiasts, the Karkogel ski lift is very close by.

The house is situated in a quiet location and offers two fully equipped autonomous guest apartments, each with a balcony from where there is a fantastic view of the Untersberg, Tennen Mountains and Göll massif. Anna and her husband are friendly and accessible people. Communication with you can take place in Russian, English and German.
