The house where the farmer used to live with his family has been converted into a comfortable apartment with a spacious living room and open kitchen downstairs, overlooking the meadows and the Wanswert church. The apartment is in personal style and fully furnished. Where possible, we have used second-hand furniture. Together with the piano and comfortable wood stove, a pleasant living climate is created. The apartment has a cozy private garden around it, a private front door and lots of privacy.

Welkom in het Friese Wergea, gelegen op fietsafstand van Leeuwarden, van het Nationaal Park de Alde Feanen en van het watersportdorp Grou. Welkom ook in ons oude boerenhuis, waarvan een gedeelte van de voormalige stal omgetoverd is tot een sfeervolle B&B. Bijzonder ingericht met veel kunst aan de muur en een goedgevulde boekenkast. Het b en b bevindt zich separaat en afgesloten van het hoofdgebouw. Eigen ingang, eigen slaapkamer en eigen badkamer. Er is één b en b ruimte. Ontbijt inbegrepen.

The Landzicht is a great starting point to explore the area. Located near nature reserves, Drachten and the A7.

Tiny House “Sleeping on the Lytse Geast”

At the end of 2023, we converted our cozy B&B into an apartment that is equipped with all comforts. And we speak from experience because during the renovation of our own house, we lived in it ourselves! 🏡 Also check out our website! The accommodation is located in a rural area, but also close to Leeuwarden and Dokkum. The perfect base for hiking and cycling. Your four-legged friend is welcome! 🐾 For the first day, you can order a luxurious DIY breakfast for €17.50 (2 people).

Fully furnished, full kitchen, etc. The museums, shops, bars, restaurants and the beautiful park (the Prinsentuin) are within 5 minutes' walking distance. If you want to discover Leeuwarden or cities around it, you have come to the right place! The Eewal is a car-free area, but the parking garage "Hoeksterend" is within 400 meters walking distance. All our apartments have their own entrance, kitchen, shower and toilet. Here you can easily keep 1.5 meters away from other guests. The Groote Medwerd is located just outside Holwerd. It features a sun terrace, garden and meadow views. Equipped with a television and a seating area to relax after a busy day. You will find a separate kitchen with gas stove, microwave, fridge, Senseo and a kettle in the accommodation. For €12.50 p.p., breakfast is also possible.

Tinyhouse Stilte aan het Water Geniet van rust en natuur in ons sfeervolle tinyhouse aan het water in Stiens. Met eigen ingang, airco, privacy en uitzicht over het water. Perfect om te suppen, vissen of zwemmen. Extra’s: ontbijt, huur van sups en e-bikes. Nabij Leeuwarden en Holwerd (veerboot Ameland). Fiets- en wandelroutes starten bij de achtertuin. In het weekend serveren wij (tegen betaling) een ontbijt, door de week alleen in overleg.
