Surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes this modern and winterproof country house invites you to get away from it all to enjoy the wonderful undisturbed nature, perfect for bathing, fishing, cycling and gathering berries and mushrooms. The house is continuously maintained. In 2024, the veranda roof was renewed and an odorless biological sewage treatment plant and EV charging station were installed - before that, among other things, a new fridge-freezer, stove, induction hob and dishwasher.

You will love my place because of the tranquility, nature, the possibility of hikes, bike rides and the smell of freshly baked bread! If you are tall, mind your head. The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. My accommodation suits couples, loneliness adventurers, business travelers, familys and four-legged friends.

The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A gem place with nature just around the corner! The small cottage dating back to the 19th century is located in the middle of a beech grove between Lake Bolmen and Unnen. There are endless opportunities for lovely forest walks, fishing trips, bike tours, swimming or why not read a book in front of the fire and enjoy the silence. The cottage is only 2.5-3h from Copenhagen via the Öresund Bridge and an hour from the terminal in Halmstad for the ferry from Grenå.
