The cottage is 32 sqm downstairs and about 20 sqm in the loft. Wi-Fi and TV with Chromecast. Non-smoking Outside, there is a patio deck with dining area and storage with barbecue and toys. Walking distance to golf course, paddle tennis, camping, mini golf, restaurants, kiosks and bus stop.

At the back, there is a large balcony where you can see the sun rise. Proximity to lakes with fishing (fishing license required) and forest, 9 km to central Halmstad and 7 km to Hallarna where there are also restaurants. If you want to get to the sea, there are several nice beaches within 15 minutes' drive. Breakfast can be booked the night before.

The accommodation is part of a semi-detached house but very well soundproofed and with separate patios that create a proper private sphere.

Final cleaning must be done by guest before check-out. The apartment is left in the same condition as when you arrived.
