Atmospheric old vintage cottage (about 38 m2) + sauna building on top of a scenic ridge. You can spend time in your own yard with deck and grill canopy. Kitchen, living room and indoor toilet. A wood-fired sauna in a separate outdoor building with an adjoining shower area. There is no shower inside the cottage. The cottage has two double sofa beds that can be pulled out, and the sauna room has two single beds. Running hot water and drains are also available in the sauna. Heating with air source heat pumps + a furnace in the winter.

Log cabin by the lake

From Helsinki Airport by train to the lake? Log cabin on a stunning detached house plot. Possibility to swim in the lake, rent a wood-fired sauna, relax in the hot tub, rent a kayak (2), a SUP board (2), and a rowing boat. The lake and adjacent rapids are popular with fishermen. The Birgitta Trail hiking route and the Lempäälä kayaking circuit pass nearby. 2 km to cross-country ski trails. 1.2 km to the train station, from where you can travel to Tampere (12 min) and Helsinki (1h 20min). Ideapark shopping centre 7 km.

The House with a Spa

The other half of the semi-detached house, the hosts live on the other side. A couple of bedrooms, large living areas, a kitchen and a sauna section. There is also a terrace and a fenced backyard. Quiet detached house area. We are close to the lake, but there is no access to the beach. The nearest beaches are Idänpää or Matkolampi beach, both of which are about 1.5 km away. The center of Hämeenlinna is just over three kilometers away, and the nearest golf course is just over a kilometer away.

A new log cabin with a beautiful view to a lake

A new, well-equipped log cabin built 2018 with a good access to the main roads and nearby cities. The cabin is located on a hill with a great view to a big lake. The cabin is surrounded by great berry forests, hiking trails and a lake rich in fish. In the cabin you have a wood burning sauna, a fireplace, a grill shelter, a hot tub and a boat. Winter time you can do cross-country skiing, downhill skiing, snowboarding, ice fishing and snowshoe trekking.The nearest ski center is in Sappee (30km)

Welcome to our private cottage to enjoy your stay! Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included (airfryer, no oven), big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you.
