Waterfront holiday rentals in Hämeenlinna

There were clear instructions from Maria/Sari. Couldn't get in the front door when in addition to the electric lock someone stopped the door. We got through the other way and later the front door worked. This is not the fault of the host or the flat. The location is great (we moved on foot) and I'm sure it's even more stunning in the summer. Even check-in was flexible when there were no previous residents. We were able to get our luggage dropped off before we went to the event. The neighbors greeted them happily, and there was a neighbor's speech quite clearly in the bedroom for the night, but it didn't stop me from falling asleep. It's a bizarre fact that the words were completely clear when a new house, though. My son and I were very happy and would have loved to stay longer. Thank you to the hosts.

The apartment was clean, modern and comfortable. Communication was fast. The apartment had a very nice balcony. There was a playground and a park within walking distance. The shop is a 5-minute drive.

Beautiful, cozy well-equipped apartment, bathroom great too. Comfortable bed and fresh linens, as well as towels. It was wonderful to find coffee, tea, and other essentials in the kitchen.

With a garage space, well-connected from the city center. The apartment has everything you need and the sauna is a big plus. In a quiet area and an apartment building quiet 😊 Definitely will stay again if necessary!

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. We're staying with a group of seven. The space was beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The sauna and jacuzzi embedded in the terrace were very nice and easy to use. Everything went smoothly with the host. I can recommend!

A nice place to stay with friends for a cottage. Great steam in the lakeside sauna, good dock.

We very much enjoyed the house, very charming house and nice outdoor space as well as parking. Some traffic noise which we had anticipated with the central location, but did not really disturb us. Kitchen and living rooms were very nice and well equipped, ample bathroom facilities. Only issue for us was the lack of curtains in the bedrooms which made us wake up when the sun raised and then sleep lighter than normal until morning. We appreciated quick responses to our questions and flexibility at checkin and checkout.

We absolutely loved Antti’s cottage! We are familiar to the area as my family have had cottages around sysma/lake Paijanne for generations and we are hoping to build our own next year! We loved the design of this one - very modern with some original touches like old stove & clock :-) the sauna was also a little different but very cool! And of course the gardens are exceptional - Especially when they are lit at night! Our daughter loved the paddle boards & going out in the row boat and our dog loved exploring & swimming. The lake was also so flat-calm that I even managed a (very, very brief) head stand on a paddle board :-) We would definitely love to stay again! Kiitos Paljon.

Again, Great stay on a work trip; this seems to be my standard home on a work trip. The sauna and the opening crowned the experience.

It was raining when we arrived and Ruut was so kind to pick us up at the train station! It was lovely staying at her apartment.

What a beautiful, spacious apartment! Opposite the shops, so in the morning cross your street and you have fresh breakfast. We had a bit of trouble finding which apartment door it is but Victor responded super quickly. The only thing we thought was curtains. It could not be completely darkened in the bedroom now. This is a lot of getting used to for us Dutch people. Furthermore, we have really enjoyed it! If we come back in Järvenpää again, we will definitely see if this apartment is available!

Daisy's apartment was clean and cozy. The apartment was wonderfully bright and the scenery was great. Beach Tampa has a really cool area. Daisy was friendly and actively responded to messages. We had a great time.

Nice, quiet apartment with balcony. Tram, park, lake and Pispala district are very easy to walk to. Pleasant stay, thank you.

Great stay with friendly, flexible and responsive hosts. We especially appreciated having everything we could need for our 2-year-old including a bed, high chair, potty and toys. The flat is modern, clean in a lovely area about a 20 min walk from the centre.

Everything went well, the apartment matched the description. We would rent again if there was a need for Porvoo.
