Less than 5 minute drive to Promontory Park/Lake Proctor! Enjoy our 2 story home a quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished with 2 bedrooms-one full size bed upstairs, one twin bed with trundle bed and a huge bean bag which fits 2 adults, also includes smart tv and sliding doors which lead to balcony. Downstairs is another bedroom with a queen bed, a full kitchen/dining area and living room with 70” smart tv. Golf cart, ping pong table. Boat ramps at park are now open. Covered parking for 2 cars.

(We're 2 miles out of town) Our new tiny home has a comfy bed, kitchen, and a place to kick off your shoes and relax. Come enjoy a fire outside, sit on the porch, or go for a ride in the area.
