Set behind our farm, completely private cabin next to a large well stocked fishing lake, (no additional cost to fish just bring your own rod. Catch and release using our nets). Beautiful countryside views, local walks, cycling, close to local villages and lovely country pubs. Idyllic setting with private hot tub, decking area and gas barbeque to enjoy lovely romantic evenings. Hot tub cleaned between every client with fresh water. Ideal for paddle boarding and kayaking( equipment not provided).

The Little Barn is a stunning 16th century barn conversion which is a unique tranquil getaway. The Barn comprises of a double bed and wc/basin on the lower ground and a staircase takes you to the lounge and dining area upstairs. There is also a fully stocked honesty bar. Semi rural location which is located near the major link roads. Close to Wentworth Woodhouse, Cannon Hall, Yorkshire Sculpture Park and the famous Rob Royds farm shop just across the road, where you can enjoy delicious food.

Yingyangpad - wheelchair/accessible accommodation

WELCOME Built in 2019 under the guidance of a wheelchair using friend we have provided most, but not all, of the facilities to suit our less mobile visitors, although everyone is more than welcome to stay with us. It is styled around a rustic theme and is located around 5 miles (8km) from the A1 and 3 miles (5km) from the M62 motorways, with good road/rail links from 3 local stations and a bus terminus. All our guests have the full private use of the detached annexe during their stay.

This one bedroom accommodation has central heating, a kitchen complete with modern appliances, a separate lounge area with a Smart TV. DVD player (with a selection of DVDs) and free WiFi. The double bedroom has a multi-award winning Emma Original mattress, a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with toilet, wash basin and shower complete with toiletries and towels.

Carnegie Library: Bronte Apartment

Carnegie Library, built in 1906 and continued as a library up until 1970s. This apartment was the reading room. Beautiful original large arched windows bring natural light to the place. It is an unusual layout with mezzanine floor for the bedroom and a little nook area for the sofa bed. Separate bathroom with shower etc. Please note you are coming to an ex mining village so while Swinton it's self is not a holiday area , it is central to many interesting places around.

Newley re furbished ground floor 2 bed apartment

This Recently refurbished 2 bed apartment Located directly opposite Doncaster Royal Infirmary Gate 4. With one of road free parking so no need to worry if visiting loved ones at the hospital or out for a day at the races. Directly opposite the Hospital you have the Cumberland public house which serves great food and has a large beer garden. As a well travelled couple we appreciated what home comforts guest like and hopefully accommodate for this.

Studio apartment.

The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.
