Ponies, donkeys, cattle, sheep and deer roam freely throughout the countryside all year. Ideal for couples and small families to enjoy: horse riding, cycling, walking and the famous Peppa Pig World within a 10 minute drive. There are also lots of traditional English pubs to enjoy.

New Forest cottage by the green

The cottage is in a magical position, at the edge of Lyndhurst, on the green and just over the cattle grid. It is just a short walk in to Lyndhurst for restaurants, cafes and shopping and there are great walks and cycling direct from the house. Remember to keep the gate shut whenever you are coming and going as the ponies, donkeys and cows are free to meander just outside and they are always keen to help themselves to the greenery in the garden.

Our cosy cabin provides the perfect retreat for couples and base for little families alike.
