Luxury Vacation House at North Beach

Beautiful family house located in a quiet residential neighborhood, just steps from North Beach comes with everything you need for a relaxing vacation! This 4BR, 4.5BA house with two living areas, spacious kitchen, & ocean views is the perfect location for a luxury getaway. Three bedrooms have queen beds, & 1 has 2 full beds. With two outdoor living spaces to enjoy the summer weather, this house also has a washer/dryer and wi-fi, dining table for 8, and 4 additional seats at the kitchen island.

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

Located at the Island Section of the beach steps from the ocean and a short walk to the Boardwalk. It is a 2-bedroom cottage for a maximum of 4 guests with 2 parking spaces. Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. The fully fenced in yard is a true oasis with plenty of room to tan, grill and sit around the fire pit. Parking for 4 cars. Downtown Newburyport is only 3 miles away. Beach essentials include beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, cooler and cart.

Our Goose Point Getaway is a one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood which loops around Spruce Creek.
