**NO PETS PER CONDO RULES - Sorry** Great little studio on a quiet side street. Cross the street and in less than a 1 min walk you are in the middle of the Hampton Beach strip. The Casino Ballroom concert venue is three blocks away. Many restaurants and bars are close. You can walk to everything in Hampton beach in 10 minutes or less. One free covered parking space. I have all sorts of beach toys and amenities here for your use and enjoyment. Central air. Families welcome!
