This little gem is located in the middle of Utö, within walking distance of beaches and fantastic nature. Perfect for those who want peace and quiet and to live in the middle of nature. The house is perfect for two people. The minimum booking is two days. Just a few minutes' walk to the sea. There are several excellent hiking trails on Utö. There is a map in the house. There is a good little restaurant within walking distance. The "community" of Gruvan is about 4 km away, where most of the restaurants, a grocery store, etc. are located. Get off the boat at Spränga jetty.

Cozy archipelago cottage on a lake plot with its own dock, patio and fully equipped kitchen. The cottage is located on the island of Långgarn, 7 minutes by my boat from Söderby pier. Can also pick up/drop off by car at the commuter train Tungelsta station, included. Free parking is available at Söderby dock. Access to 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and wood-fired sauna with outdoor shower. Close to a public sandy beach, 200 meters. Nice outdoor toilet with lake views. Very nice walking paths around the island, which is about 3 km long. There are no stores on the island.

Skärgårdsstugan

Skärgårdsstugan med havsutsikt, egen badplats,brygga,altan,grillplats.Trappor ner. Boendet är i vår gäststuga med WC o dusch,stor altan och nära skog och fiske. Läget är lugnt med skogspromenader runt knuten. Fyra personer bor i stugan och två personer bor i ett annex. I annexet WC o pentry, får fyrfota vän bo, men endast där, med allergi- hänsyn till andra gäster. På kvällarna kan man ”mysa” framför braskaminen. Wifi finns. Ej TV. Njut med fördel av solnedgångar över vattnet från altanerna!

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.
