Beautiful new one Double bedroom Studio/apartment with kitchen & en-suite. We have quite time from 10pm till 8am so if you want to relax in the jacuzzi (an extra €25 an hr private use) so if you want to relax in the Jacuzzi which is an additional cost paid on site , in the evening and watch the sun go down this is the place to be, we do not allow any late night parties of any sort. It is a shared Accommodation block and guests must be respectful of other guest and the owners.

Very close to the Mariensee Monastery on the Leine, we offer a guest house overlooking the Leine. The old ferry house to Basse forms the foundation of the property. The country garden with pool and wooden terrace connects everything to a unique spot where you can also just relax. However, it is also a place to relax for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the entire family.
