Very close to the Mariensee Abbey, which is situated on the River Leine, we offer a guest house with a view of the Leine. The old ferry house in Basse forms the foundation of the estate. The country garden, with its pool and wooden terrace, brings everything together to create a unique space where you can simply relax. Our outdoor shower with views of the surrounding forest provides a refreshing outdoor shower experience.

An elevator which will bring you directly at the TOP floor, where you can enjoy from the spacious balcon a beautiful view of the entire city. The living room is an open space, where you can relax on a conforable sofa watching TV on a smart 52" flat-screen, dining with your family and friends making use of a new fully furnished kitchen! There are two bedrooms where you can recharge your energies for the next days!

A haven of well-being near the fair

This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.

Gorgeous farmhouse with pool and jacuzzi

Kick back and relax in this quiet, stylish space. The farmhouse was built in 1885 and completely renovated four years ago. It has a total of three bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. A terrace door leads to the back of the garden. This is home to some animals. Depending on the season you will find sheep, rabbits, chickens and a dog. He will be staying in the annex flat with my neighbour during your stay.
