Very close to the Mariensee Abbey, which is situated on the River Leine, we offer a guest house with a view of the Leine. The old ferry house in Basse forms the foundation of the estate. The country garden, with its pool and wooden terrace, brings everything together to create a unique space where you can simply relax. This versatile secondary apartment in a 2-family house from 2024 can be used as a trade fair apartment for groups or companies. Likewise, it is also a place of relaxation for a short trip to the countryside for couples or a vacation apartment for the whole family. The A7 is close (behind a small piece of forest and therefore not audible) and therefore the location is also attractive for those passing through.
