The location is a part of an imposing building of the printing dynasty Papiervoß, which had its headquarters here. With the economic crisis came the decline of the trade & the conversion into residential premises. During the renovation of the building it was very important to keep the original industrial character, like the red bricks, the concrete floor & the floor-to-ceiling windows. The minimalist design allows the building's great past to speak for itself.

The infrastructure is excellent: the bus and train are at your doorstep, in the immediate vicinity are shopping (groceries, drugstore) and leisure facilities (Lister Mile with numerous shops, ice cream parlors, etc., the Eilenriede invites you to play sports and walk). The apartment is fully equipped, incl. Netflix. On request, a regular cleaning service can be booked for long-term reservations.
