We had a great staying at the house, we had everything we need for the long Easter weekend. My son enjoy playing snooker with us and we have the opportunity to explore the beautiful region of Yorkshire. Thank you.

A beautiful, quirky cottage that was ideally suited. Very close to Newmillerdam and its restaurants and pubs. More suited to shorter guests below 5 foot 8 as the door frames, mirrors and shower are all pretty low. Beautifully decorated and very clean.

Beautiful place to stay, looks exactly like the pictures and even better in person! pool table is a great addition to the house, nice and spacious too would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay here☺️

Perfect place to spend bank holiday weekend and meet with all the family. Plenty of space for children to run around and a brilliant open plan area. thank you for a fantastic stay particularly as it was a last minute booking.

I'm not sure what to say that already hasn't. We have just had an absolutely lovely Easter weekend at Michelle and Johns wonderful cottage. The place is thoughtfully decorated throughout and has a very homely feeling to it. Everything was modern and spotlessly clean with thoughtful little touches like dog towels, grocery essentials and soaps. The location is very peaceful but find yourself a mere five minute walk to the centre of Marsden and all it has to offer. Having stayed at many Airbnb rentals, this is without doubt equally one of the best and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone considering staying. We will be returning to Marsden and hope we will be able to stay once again as it ticks all boxes. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting in person but Michelle and John's communication was so quick and could not have been more friendly and helpful.

Me and some of my family stayed here, and it was such a beautiful experience! From having all the right essentials to the amazing cinema room - which was more than utilised - this place had everything we needed. We also had a slight mishap with the temperature on the hot tub which I messaged the hosts about. Even though it was across the bank holiday weekend, I received a prompt response and a set of instructions that did the job in fixing the temperature! The scenery is beautiful with lots of lovely walking routes. Complements to the hosts 😊

Thoroughly enjoyed staying in Burley In Wharfedale where I grew up- was a perfect stay and meeted all our requirements!

We had an excellent stay at Wendy’s. The property was very quiet, clean and spacious and within close proximity to the town centre. Wendy is very friendly and accommodating and we would have been happy to stay for longer.

We stayed here for 2 nights for a knitting/crocheting/girly chill out! And it was just perfect! Sat on the comfy sofa with the most picturesque views - and thoroughly relaxed. Plenty on the doorstep for places to eat and strolls to take. I fully recommend it and want to return again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas's stylish apartment. It was spotlessly clean, in excellent decorative order and was perfectly located for an easy stroll into Harrogate. The rear outside space was appreciated too as was the ample parking space to the front. House facilities were really excellent with a good selection of teas and Nespresso coffee pods awaiting our arrival along with other kitchen essentials. The kitchen itself was very modern and well equipped (an ice maker and a few more wine glasses would be a good addition). Beds were extremely comfortable and the shower easy to operate. This apartment really is a superb accommodation for anyone wanting easy access to central Harrogate and all it offers. The Valley Gardens are situated very nearby and are well worth a visit. Local restaurants and bars are again easily found a short distance away as are the excellent Betty's Tea Rooms. Thomas should be deservedly extremely proud of this wonderful apartment. Thank you!

This place was in an ideal location to access the Leeds city centre. The place had everything I needed for the 1 night stay. The hosts instructions were very clear. The hosts were very friendly and also provided me with some toothpaste that I had forgotten. Thank you.

Had a fabulous weekend at Melissa & Tom’s property which is in an excellent location, 5 to 10 mins from quality bars and restaurants. Easy check in with on site parking and in a lovely quiet location. Wife particularly pleased with the main bed as she has hip problems bless her. Can easily recommend this property for a weekend or week away and wife is already wanting to book here for later in the year.

This little cottage is a little gem, perfect for solo trip or a couple. This is a perfect location for me as it's central to everything I had planned for my trip. Really felt like home to me,was clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend and would bare in mind for my future stays. They is everything you need for your stay, Georgia couldn't do more. thank you so much.

Very good location and a lovely introduction to Harrogate. The flat was warm and spotlessly clean. The spacious bed was very firm. Really nice to have enough space for toiletries in the bathroom. The only thing it lacked was maybe a few more cushions, for those of us with shorter legs, on the deep sofas.

We loved the Tea Trove. It's in a perfect location, walking distance to just about everything in central Harrogate, including the train station for a stress-free day trip to York. It has plenty of room for two people, a spacious bathroom with modern fixtures and good water pressure, a very comfortable bed and a well-appointed kitchen. Parking and entry were a breeze. The neighborhood (and neighbors) were very quiet. After a long overnight journey from the US, we were grateful for the ample supply of coffee, tea and snacks. We've stayed in a lot of airbnb's around the world and consider the Tea Trove one of the very best.

We had a fab 3-night stay and felt very comfortable. It was a well appointed kitchen for cooking and hosting others. Will hopefully stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, the view is amazing, the apartment is well equipped and comfortable with a great shower. Less than a 15 minute walk into Otley with a variety of restaurants and a large range of pubs. Great locations for exploring and Chevin Forest is on your doorstep.

beautiful little peice of heaven here, everything you need for a break away from home, the views are breath taking the peace and quiet you get whilst your staying there make for the most relaxing break, Jeni and Roger are the nicest couple you will meet helpful and full of knowledge of the area, nothing is too much to ask of them. they were they to greet us when we arrived to make sure we had everything we needed, they had set out some seats in the beautiful garden and showed us round. the annex was lovely and clean well set out, the bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and duvets is needed, plenty of towels also. they was also a selection a dvds and books on offer. would most definitely stay here again, if you would have us, thankyou for having us Jan & Beth xx
