Monthly Rentals in Harlem, Manhattan

Dr. Bedi’s place was perfect for me. It quite literally couldn’t be closer to Columbia as well as being between 2 parks and a very short walk to the 1 train. It was the perfect balance of homey, private, and welcoming as I had the space to sleep, eat, exist, and work as I pleased while also having the comforting presence of someone that could help answer any questions I had. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in NYC as a student/professional, then this is the place for you. If/when I am back as a student/teacher at Columbia, I will most definitely try to stay here again. In short, my one-month stay was comfortable, convenient, and thoroughly enjoyable. I was fortunate enough to not have to deal with any of the issues that many other renters in NYC often have to face. It was like staying with relaxed family.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The until looked just like the pictures and had everything we needed. Charles was EXTREMELY helpful and let us store our luggage early. He was also very responsive to all questions. Super cute little unit on a pretty block.

I have no complaints about my stay here. I stayed with Rennie for 2 months and she was very responsive and kind. I got along with all of the roommates. I needed to find something last minute and this was a perfect spot. Very easy to commute to midtown from here… super convenient access to the 1 line. There were some issues with the shower but they were fixed in a couple of days.

I spent nearly 4 months in this apartment and it was everything I could have hoped for ! The environment is very lively, lot of great food and nice people around. The flat in itself is full of light, with everything you need already there. I spent a few weeks living with up to 3 friends in the flat and honestly is was very manageable. Last but not least, the host is extremely nice and very helpful. I felt safe and like I could really rely on him if needed. Overall, I cannot recommend this flat enough and really I will be able to come back one day to have a coffee with the squirrels on the terrasse !
