Ronnie is a great host! The house is beautiful spacious, and feels like home. Ronnie is thoughtful and makes sure that you have everything to be comfortable from extra linens to games and everything for morning coffee. He was great about checking with us throughout the week to see if we needed anything. Our trip was Christmas week and the outdoors was so beautiful and peaceful.

This place was absolutely beautiful and was a great place for a girls weekend get away. Elle, was always so responsive and was able to answer any questions I had. 10/10 do recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a peaceful place to get away with your family or a girls weekend. 😊

This place was such a wonderful place to host a reunion! The lake view was so peaceful and the home supplied everything that we needed! I would definitely recommend this home for a stay.

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

Sarah was such a helpful and responsive host. My family is looking to relocate to the area and she was super helpful and gave soo many recommendations. She allowed for early check in and late check out. Proactively communicated down to when the landscapers would be at the property. The property is quaint and super relaxing. Sarah and I have even still been chatting as she has been soo helpful with recommendations for communities to look at, schools, realtors, etc. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing stay on Old Hickory!

Great spot, close to Broadway but secluded to give you some peace and quiet during the stay!

This place is perfect if you are visiting Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and music row! Most places are walkable!!! Downtown is also close! Very clean and above expectations! I will be staying here more as I visit my daughter. It is exactly as seen in photos!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Wade met me and let me in. Gave me a tour of the home with lots of local recommendations. Extremely helpful and super friendly. Jonathan called me later that evening to make sure everything was going well, and that my check-in was pleasant. Great hosts! Highly recommend. The home exceeded my expectations...was clean...and the location was beautiful!

My family and I stayed in the cabin for a month and it just felt like home right away. Sad to leave, but will be back in the future. BEAUTIFUL log cabin, over 100 years old with original fireplace and wood burning stove. The decor and furniture is absolutely perfect, so kudos to the interior designer! The kitchen and wrap around porch are to die for. Having an extended stay, we were able to meet/befriend many of the staff members and they were all extremely kind and welcoming. Anytime we needed anything, they were right on top of it. Abby, Lillian, Ryan and Wade were especially helpful :) If you need an escape or just a quiet place to relax, this is your place 💯

We stayed a few nights for a girls trip it looks just like the photos has cute photo opportunities and great location can walk or scooter! James is very responsive and gave us all the info we needed for quick and easy access and check out. Overall it was a great stay and we would deff stay here again!

This was our first experience staying at an Airbnb and we have nothing but great things to say. The house was clean and inviting, and the amenities were more than adequate. We slept really well on the bed and there was plenty of space to hang our clothes in the walk in closet. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items, plates, glasses, even wine glasses. The information center on the counter had informative guides. We can't say enough about the view from the upstairs living room and from both patios. We wanted to stay longer! We love Tennessee and hope to be back to the Cozy Cottage soon! Joe and Cindy Taylor

Beautiful home and grounds. Adrian and Mitchell were amazing. If you’re looking for a secluded area, this isn’t that. The neighbors are very close but still a beautiful area!!! Recommend!

I was surprised when originally it said check in time was 5:00 PM couple days prior to checking in. I did reach out and he responded right away that nobody was there day before and we could check in anytime after 1:30 which was a huge relief. I had not seen a check in time when I booked. Everything about the place was as described and perfect. Note: there are no lights on the dock for night fishing. Matt at no time said there were and when I asked him if there was a place to turn on lights he actually said we could run into town purchase something and he would reimburse us. I thought that was going above and beyond. Fishing was great. It was a very nice place. I did pay more than I usually do after fees and taxes more than I usually do per night. After our stay I would be tempted to pay the money to stay there in the future. Matt is a great host.

The property looked like the pictures. It was supplied with many more amenities than other Airbnb properties. Almost anything we could want was already supplied. They even had a pet station with supplies. We had a little hitch getting into the property, but were contacted immediately and it was promptly fixed. The property was beautiful, with lots of wildlife. The downstairs hvac system was very inconsistent, but we were able to make it work. The check-out instructions were very reasonable compared to other properties. Don & Dora supplied a very in-depth guidebook for the area. If we weren’t visiting locals already, it would have been very useful. Over-all, it was a very enjoyable trip in a very comfortable house.
